Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the highly customised nature of your portrait, I do not offer refunds.

Each portrait has been painstakingly painted specifically for you and has no value to me in the event you change your mind. I have attempted to eliminate this problem by providing you with sequential photos of the artwork to make sure you are 100% happy with the progression.

If you have placed an order and changed your mind, contact me within 24 hours of placing your order and I will refund your payment in full. Once artwork has commenced I cannot issue a refund. A photo of the artwork to date will be sent to you as proof.

If you have received the wrong item or an incorrect size please notify me within 24 hours of receiving your order. I will address the problem and issue you with a replacement or full refund.

In the event your item is lost in transit, please check the tracking with Australia Post prior to notifying me. If your item arrives damaged, please send me a photo and email it to me within 24 hours of receipt. I only send the portraits via registered post that require a signature on delivery so please check the contents immediately. The paintings are securely packed inside a sturdy cardboard box and should not be prone to damage.
